Hi Joe,

What I remember about joining up was that it was exciting and fun. The only fear involved was the fear of missing out. The only fear I remember after joining up was the fear of having the young Rawat embarass me enormously but the Satsang and Service and the premies were great fun. They were so much fun that I have to admit that I on weekends listening to satsang, doing meditation and sweeping up the back rooms on occasion.

Now in retrospect that was a terrible blunder but I don't remember many people back in the 70s looking like they were scared. I remember lots of happy joyful people who even cared about the neurotic, screwed up few that were scared of life and they gave them time and attention that other people wouldn't.

I am extremely angry that Rawat and his minions have tried to present their revisionist history of Divine Light Mission as Mr Rawat being the only person who knew what was really happening and never making a mistake in reality and in presentation while the rest of us were completely mistaken about what he was saying. I resent that very strongly. But I am also not prepared to accept revisionist history from ex-premies saying that it was all based on fear. Maybe it was for you but it certainly wasn't where I was living.

However, I certainly don't mean to validate "Knowledge" or Rawat in any way because of those happy days. It happened despite him.
