Glen Whittaker has done other things that has helped his cult engage in revisionism.  A few years ago, he wrote a piece on the Elan Vital website called "History of the Organisations" in which he, among other things, tried to skip over the troubling period 1977-1985, when Maharaji was God and dancing in Krishna costumes, having his feet kissed on a regular basis, as "colloquial" events and otherwise tried to hide and gloss-over what was really going on, because it didn't fit into the brave new world of Rawat PR.  It was highly dishonest attempt to mislead the public and I guess to re-wire premie thinking, and was disgraceful.

So, nice bloke, maybe.  But he seems to have serious problems telling the truth, and if he tells the truth privately, he seems unwilling to do so publicly.
