In all my, thankfully little, dealings with him since the 70s I have always been very wary of Glen.

Yeah, me too, & not just him, but all the others mentioned in this thread & beyond. Those people were fanatically single minded, totally inflexible in imposing the demands of service on anyone inclined to accept it, & in general, slave drivers.

I never knew any of them on the individual level,& I'm glad I didn't, because at the time they frightened me with their fervour, & their assumption that anyone who wasn't 110% committed was a total loser.

I always kept well clear of those types, even Nick Seymour -Jones. His charming upper-middle class English manner & voice almost convinced me that I was involved in something 'normal', but unfortunately the crackerjack in him was ever to the fore.

Bruce Corbin I recall as being a thug.

Me, I was just someone who was trying to make sense of having the 'Knowledge of God'.
