I'm sorry, Monica, but I have to tell you that Knowledge is an illusion.  Please see my post below to John B entitled "Actually, Knowledge doesn't exist."  The noble aspiration to hope, peace, and alertness to life does, however, exist.  The reality is that these things are not hidden away deep inside ourselves and we are not in constant need of being reminded about them (as Rawat erroneously proclaims), they are in fact ours by right of birth, and all we have to do is partake of them. p.s. your last name isn't Lewis, is it?
