Q:Is he the Lord or isn't he?

A: It's a matter of opinion, you're free to choose.

Q:Is there such a thing as Perfect Master or not?

A: That's a matter of definition. If a Perfect Master teaches perfection, there's a strong case that a perfect master exists. Is Maharaji, a perfect master? You're free to decide.I think he is.

Q:Am I wasting my time?

A: If you ask that question, the answer is probably yes.

Q:Why doesn't anyone who leaves ever come back?

A: You are mistaken. Many people who leave Knowledge come back. John Macgregor is such a case. Whether people practice or leave Knowledge is irrelevant to it's value. A cancer specialist who claims smoking is bad for you isn't diminished because so many fools smoke. Many people know smoking is bad for them but don't have the self discipline to stop even though it is beyong dispute that smoking is bad for you. Likewise many people who would benefit from practicing Knowledge don't have the self discipline to practice it.

Q:Does he really drink a bottle of cognac a day?

A: Exes most be amongst the most gullible people in the world. That Maharaji was was reported to be drunk and stoned as a teenager is hardly remarkable but exes seem to believe that he hasn't changed in 30 years. In fact, exes constant criticism of what Maharaji did as a teenager verges on child abuse. Imagine that people set up a website about what you did as a teenager and claimed, 30 years later, that your teenage antics disqualified you as an adult. Or a website that attacked Pavarotti as a singer because as a teenager he was involved in a gang that robbed stores or that as an adult he was a fat adulterer who sweated a lot. Pavarotti's gift is his voice, not his body or his eating and drinking habits or his private life. Likewise with Maharaji, his gift is to inspire people to receive Knowledge, his voice, his body, his eating and drinking habits and his private life are irrelevant.

Q:Whatever happened to Peace on Earth (getting rid of the "bullet guns")?

A: Maharaji has always maintained that peace is within. The peace on earth he is refering to is the peace you can feel within. The idea of "peace on earth" being everyone similtaneously experiencing peace is a fairy tale. Saying that you are going to bring electricity to Africa doesn't mean that everyone in Africa will instantaneouly have electricity, that is absurd. Those that want peace on earth can experience it, those that don't want peace won't ever have it.

Q:How does the guy, or woman, who drives the snow plough get to work in the morning?

A: Who cares.

Amaroo has been great.

For those of us who want peace within, Maharaji's Knowledge and inspiration is invaluable. We don't care about the food, the heat, the dust or the expense. For us it is a priceless opportunity to spend time with someone who has had an enormously positive effect on our lives.

If you don't want Knowledge or like Maharaji, get out of the way and stop criticising those that do. Do something positive, set up an organisation espousing your beliefs and see how you go.
