I was unable to discover the truth of those claims because in the Queensland Magistrates Court (not the Qld Supreme Court) information re cases is only available to people directly involved in them. However private criminal prosecutions can be brought by individuals in Queensland and while Scattini numbers EV/IRCC amongst his clients it was claimed that George Lavers/EV/IRCC were the people initiating the case and Scattini just the solicitor.
