When Prem Rawat and Divine Light Mission came to the West they claimed that there were over 5 million devotees. As young Prem had only been Perfect Master for a few years and had been in school the great majority of that time those people were revealed knowledge by Mahatmas that Shri Maharaji had recruited and revealed Knowledge to.Since Prem Rawat has come to the West the number of people revealed Knowledge by him, his mahatmas (all 3 or 4 who didn't stay loyal to Mata Ji), his initiators and instructors who he fired and himself and now his DVDs is puny in comparison.
Certainly more people have heard of him but as they mainly reject him as an obvious fraud they are not really countable as people he has reached. Shri Satpla Ji has reached far more people than Prem Rawat.
Prem Rawat has pretty well already destroyed what his father spent over 30 years creating.
