As someone who listened to many hours of K on KPFK's "Something's Happening" when I lived in L.A. in the '80s, I can't remember a single thing he said that wasn't trite or inscrutable.  We're talking major brain freeze.  So can you give me even one -- that's right, one -- thing he ever said that was profound? (The reason I used to listen was that Roy of Hollywood would play all sorts of weird stuff and I just kind of left the radio on.  Plus, I used to get a kick out of hearing how unimaginably self-important K sounded.)
