K sure had a flair for the dramatic.  Can you imagine what a ham he'd have been as an actor?  All those self-important, intense stares and pregnant pauses.  But really, everything he says here either makes no sense (talking about "Truth" as if there actually was such an ephemeral Never-Never Land) or is trite -- how one should avoid following people like him!

I guess there's a market for this kind of stuff, flowery bullshit or not.  But I think the only decent thing Krishnamurti could have said was "Sorry.  Sorry for wasting your time.  I should have said something sooner but, well, you know, I'm young."  Then he could have gone out and earned an honest living.  Might have built some real character that way, instead of this pretentious facade.
