You did just mention him in passing.  I guess I have a bee in my bonnet about all these guys and don't like to see them revered.  See, it's tricky, isn't it?  Besides the obvious good will, courtesy and respect we can afford each other, there are still some serious differences among us not the least of which is whether there actually is anything like "self knowledge" or the term's essentially bunk.  I think if you remember to not assume that people agree with you about even the most basic spiritual ideas, you won't get any flak, polite or not, from people like me.  We all end up biting our tongues a bit here at times but that's okay.
