numbers attending

I've noticed claims from ex-premies that numbers of attendance are dropping rapidly. I've noticed claims in press releases from TPRF that state that numbers of attendance are climbing to record numbers - in India, at least. Someone's gotta be wrong. Anyone have any other info? Also, I'm trying to find out what was going on with a speech Mr Rawat gave to 'members of the Italian government' on July 7 2004. All I can find are TPRF press releases, and nothing else.
