I've deliberated long and hard

And I've decided, in the interests of truth and honesty and healing, to post this information.

For those who don't remember, I will recap on the circumstances where John Macgregor got served with an Anton Piller order, which allowed his laptop to be siezed and searched, and Jphn silenced, because he received some leaked accounts from Ivorys Rock Conference Centre.

This is an appalling misuse of a commercial law, particularly when it was evident from these accounts, that there was a lot to be suspicious of IRCC's financial activities.

His defence was woeful, and he got done like a dinner in the Queensland courts, to my shame and chagrin (I come from a pioneering Qld family, and I hadn't seen anything like it since  the odd  drug, prostitution, and paedophile scandals to which my home territory seemed prone).

I caught up with John after these events, and I can assure you he was a shadow of his former self, very much a broken man. His words to me were that he simply could not go on with the torture he had ben through during the year or so of being relentlessly pursued legally by the cult ( as mentioned in the Queensland Supreme Court, ":this cult......""). He told me he would do anything to have it stop.

Now to be fair, one of the presiding judges virtually asked which side John's defence was on, according to an eye-witness John was represented with naievety iand very cheaply n the face of extremely sophisticated  and highly paid counsel.

I think everyone is aware that most legal systems deliver the best justice money can buy.

I made myself scarce so that I would not have to go to court, as you know the people who win in court are the legal profession. They will tell you this themselves, the honest men and women.

Well, to cut a long story short,  John signed a confession for the very legal firm that pursued him through the Queensland courts, I presume as part of a settlement, in which John actually was up for 100,000s of dollars.

And this confession grovelled even worse than the public apology posted by John. In addition, it accused the ex-premies of being a vicious set of hateful people with vindictiveness towards an innocent private (and fithy rich) American citizen,  gougou, as the French exes call him (bonsoir a tous, j'apprecie beaucoup le forum Francais).

How do I know this? Ah ha, Brisbane is my alma mater, and a friend of mine has a friend of a friend in the Brisbane legal profession, who disclosed certain facts.( No douibt there will be much activity as they try to work out if they have a legal case against me for publicising this information. And frankly, m'dear, I don't give a damn).

Now I don't think for a minute that John wrote the confession I heard about. What pains me is that he was in such a fragile mental state that he was reduced to such an abject position as to sign it.

I was glad for him he got his premie friends back. I hope they support him as true friends.

I'm writing this because I don't want to keep silent. I want you all, especially all those who were disgusted at his public apology, to realise that he is just a victim. And please find it in your heart to have compassion. Because if his premie friends do desert him again, then he certainly lost a lot of friends here.

I wrote to him and ended the friendship. I wasn't going to, but I thought it kinder let him know the consequences immediately, instead of letting it fester away in his sub-consciousness. Consciously, he thinks he has done the best thing, because he could not bear any more. But I know that the subconscious does not work that way. You cannot say black is white without it having a detrimental personal effect.

I'm speaking out now because I seek group wisdom here amongst you all. I don't think I can do any more, but if anyone was thinking of communicating with him, please do, even though he has the unfortunate habit of cutting off communication gracelessly and suddenly, that is just his way.

I just think he needs to know that when it comes to the crunch, he does have friends. And that the clean light of day is the best way to deal with this horrible mess.

OK guys, over to you all.
