I and other have done great pain not to stigmatize cults and NRMs and to highlight their diversity. But somehow it is okay to make very general remarks about critical former followers of cults as if they have somethings in common. The suggestion from some of the articles is that former followers are unreliable and that they want to persecute and discriminate innocent members of minority religions. Some articles suggest that we lump all NRMs together and call them destructive cults that brainwash their members.

I resent to be lumped together with people who are on a crusade against all NRMs and their members without discrimination.

They don't know and don't seem to understand that many former members (incl. me) suffered deeply and were harmed and sincerely want others not to get harmed.

I dunno, may be I should stop with Wikipedia because I find it very stressful.
