Have you thought of looking for a good therapist or counsellor ?

I would also like to say that I think your efforts are very brave and that whilst I was " lurking" it seemed to me that you really have been making an effort to be more open and speak from your true self.

Sometimes I find your Dutch-English easier to understand than American English.
