Whether Rawat is talking about himself, his father, or a generic "Guru Maharji" isn't really significant. Whether it's Guru Maharaji the Father, Guru Maharaji the Son, or Guru Maharaji the Holy Ghost, it's all a lot of crap. And it's all meant to benefit the same "franchise," of which he is the primary (and according to his lights the exclusive) earthly beneficiary. And since he didn't bother to differentiate all that clearly (when he easily could have ) it's also prudent to assume that he intended that people would be confused.Some Guru. Sewing confusion.
Classic con artist BS. In India they refer to such poseurs, generically, as "thugs" (pronounced "tugs") with deliberate derision. They've seen lots of them. It's kind of a local industry.
