Hi Joe, I just read the Alan Imbarrato article and it is somewhat interesting. There were many good ideas back then with the World Welfare Association to help people, too bad Prem Rawat ended it. He probably didn't like sharing any part of his cult business with others because he wanted all of the premie's money, time, and resources going to him and no one else.
I'm not sure when Prem Rawat put an end to the World Welfare Association but I don't think it lasted that long. I do remember going to nursing homes with other premies to entertain the old folks, back in 1975. We had the best of intentions because we wanted to help others and at the same time spread the Knowledge.
