Well, I lived there, Joe.  If Hartford had an official ashram, it was before I came on board in 1975 and not until at least late 1976.  The Oxford St. House was the community center and mixed-sex premie house, where married couples were allowed to live and they followed the ashram rules, but it wasn't an official DLM ashram.  New Haven had a continuous official ashram from the get-go all the way through and they never let us Hartford premies forget it - elite!
