This was certainly true of many of the Brighton UK premie community at one time.

I was a premie outlier wrt all that stuff --tomatoes being 'Yang' or whatever -- and didn't sign on to any of it except for being a vegetarian. A lot of premie folk though were (imo) constantly in a state of mild hypochondria and constantly wanting to visit the (premie) osteopaths and acupuncturist etc. I preferred keeping fit by playing football and cricket
