I know that rawat has preached that devotion is greater than liberation. He also talked about how important it is to remember "Him" with your last breath. That in order to insure that you will come back as his devotee you must bind yourself to him by remembering him always, so that you will remember him when you die. That way you will always be with him. Better than heaven or liberation, is to always be bound to the Lotus Feet of the Living Lord.   If you view rawat not as God, but as a sinister evil magician, that teaching takes on a whole new light. Really examine the ties that bind. I know many of you don't believe in reincarnation, but if it is real and people are tying themselves to rawat in this manner, what a horrid trap!  It means that many of us tied ourselves to him in previous lives, and many current believers are tying themselves to him for another round on the wheel of life. I believe this accounts for the many people that fell immediately into the trap of his "charisma." I believe that for many premies this is a multi lifetime entrapment. I feel that is the story for me, making me ever so grateful for all those who helped me out. I could have gone to my grave still tied into that goon - willing to give up my will. Willing to surrender everything yet again. Willing to be his slave. Oh! What a creepy thought.   I am so thankful to have the restoration of my free will and autonomy. After such a long time in the dark, I am free at last.   Karen With a whole book of matches at last.
