I am telling you that I got my "whacky views" straight from rawat. I believed him implicitly. Most of what I have cited has been verified as being DIRECT quotes from rawat. So, what does that mean? Did he have a sudden revelation that he was wrong? He has never admitted to that, nor has he explained himself. Tell me how my views differ from those put forth by rawat during my ashram years. Please. Then tell me the logical train of reasoning that brings rawat from LOTU to Inspirational Speaker.
IMO. he just decided that the LOTU model didn't serve him anymore so he remade himself, renamed himself, redesigned his teachings to suit his own ends. In other words - he revised the whole thing without ever disclosing the reasons for diong so. He is trying to have it both ways. To the old premies he is the hidden LOTU, but to the public he is the inspirational speaker.
I had committed myself to a lifetime in the ashram and a lifetime of service and surrender. I was pushed out without so much as a thank you. You think maybe I have a reason to question what he is doing?
