Hi Andries,

That's a pretty good summation but don't forget he was only very young and much of the "confusion" can be understood when you take into consideration the DLM doctrine of the time which was that Prem Rawat was an Avatar or should I say the Avatar. The incarnation of the Godhead in human form. And as he said, possibly in his 'Peace Bomb' speech, he had come with greater power than ever before. This was what he had been taught by his family and the inner circle of his father's devotees and who wouldn't want to believe that? It's not as if he just made it up all by himself.

What angers ex-ers as far as I can tell is that present day premies can quote some of what Prem Rawat said about God (the infinite Godhead or Generator, Operator and Destroyer to use his teenage terminology) to show he wasn't saying he was God (the Divine Incarnation of that power in human form, The Lord of the Universe and Great King) when the ex-ers know that the premies know the whole story and appear to be deliberately lying. It's not as if we weren't there and they weren't there and we remember it well. You just can't forget that sort of thing. "Whoops, Prem Rawat was the Lord of the Universe but it just slipped my mind?"
