After an exchange of emails with the hosting company of prem-rawat-maharaji.info regarding the DMCA copyright claim issued by Elan Vital which led to PRMI being shut down on the 9th June 2005, PRMI's hosting company has determined that the charge by Elan Vital, was and is unfounded . Our hosting company has accordingly reinstated the site.

So erroneous was Elan Vital's complaint that the owners of the site were not required to issue a DMCA counter-notification (as was required of the web master of ex-premie.org in 2003), nor were any amendments to PRMI required.

Thank you again to all who expressed support for PRMI while we were 'off air'.
