A question for you, Lexy | |||

When did you stop believing that Maharaji was the superior power in person, that is, presuming you did once believe that? Was it in the eighties when Maharaji kept saying he wasn't God? I went to one program after 1983 in around 1986 in London and Maharaji made a point of saying he wasn't God. Even then it went in one ear and out of the other with me. I still thought he was God in a bod even though I no longer wanted to follow him. That program was the last one I ever attended. Perhaps you also heard his words then expaining he wasn't God but didn't actually believe them. Or did you by then realise he was just a master of some sort? Or was it more recently that you finally realised that Maharaji was just another bloke and not the greatest incarnation of God ever to walk the Earth - the powers of Jesus, Krishna and Buddha all rolled into one - the Father come to save the child from crawling into the fire - the Supreme Lord come with all 64 yogic powers, no less. I know this is a bit of a personal question and I don't mind if you don't feel you can answer. Modified by Sir Dave at Tue, Jan 18, 2005, 06:30:21 |
