Sounds confused to say the least. Don't be downcast though, you aren't the only ones suffering under the rule of a bunch of incompetent buffoons....or are they only that? I don't know what the policy is in the land of the free, but over here in the land of hope & glory, it seems to be let's just wait for the cavalry to arrive in the form of a vaccine, & in the meantime....your guess is good as mine. A gross oversimplification I know, but ....... actually, maybe not that exaggerated when I think about it. One of the big lessons is that Public Health requires an infrastructure that goes down to the local level. That's expensive, which no doubt is why Guiliani's automatic response was to make a false comparison in order to cut the idea off at the pass.
