yes exactly. I was amazed to find I felt emotional about the fire service. and yes there are things about it to criticise but it's the people who step forward and put their lives at risk like that day after day. Funnily enough it turns out that the man at the head of the fire service was so reassuring, yes he really was and doing such a good job that now he has a special job as oh I forget what they called it but he is there at the helm for crises. |
