Andries,

Since Ron Geaves appeared in the EV/Visions International video "Passages:  A Master's Journey" promoting the revisionist views of Rawat, he has been asked many times to answer emails concerning his "scholarly" dissertations as well as his assertions in that video about Rawat's "evolution."

That's a video no longer available for purchase from EV or Visions Int'l

One ex-premie named Joe challenged Geaves a long time ago to respond to his emails but Geaves remained silent.  It's only been since this Wikipedia article writing began that Geaves's decided to now speak out as if he is some kind of victim.

Joe has also been subjected to anonymous letters to his employer that were defammatory in nature and content.  Jim Heller, Marianne, John Brauns, and others (sorry I know there are more of you) have been the subject of online attack by premies as well in real life, jeopardizing careers, family, and peace of mind.  But these individuals certainly can speak for themselves.

Me?  They just think I'm crazy and use it to discredit  me because I spent real time around Maharaji in 1979 and 1980.  But, EV has used the stigma of mental illness and emotional disorders to discredit me and others.  (I'm still trying to figure out who had the brain tumor.)  I find this to be a heinous tactic of a so-called teacher or "Master" who is promoting inner peace and love.  To use the stigma of mental or emotional disorders to say I'm not credible is beyond acceptability in the 21st Century. They know better and yet they've used it countless times.

Andries, I have a veritable library of online posts made by premies who have made it their goal to f**k my head over.  I've been called a baby-killer.  I've been called so many cruel things it's amazing I haven't ended up crazy.  They've gone to the extent of trying to tell me I never even lived in Miami Beach from 1979-1980.

So, that's a little bit of what you're dealing with:  anonymous cult members who will, at any cost to protect Rawat, lie, turn the truth around to make themselves seem like victims of ex-premies, and worse, actually contacting the employers of exes who have done nothing but post on this forum and tell their own personal stories of involvement with Maharaji.

I wrote one letter to the editor of The Bristol Post, in Bristol, England when Rawat spoke there.  If that's what EV means by "manipulating the media" then I must be living in a whole different world of free speech.  I've never known any newspaper editors either in the U.S. or the UK who can be manipulated as EV characterizes.  Oh yeah, I did confirm the gold toilet in John MacGregors's "Blinded by the Light" article.  Why?  Because I saw it (the toilet).
