It was my biggest shock on leaving to realize how spiritually arrogant I'd become, but then when all the people closest to you have the same arrogance it's quite normal. Tooks ages to work through. I don't know about all premies, but I haven't seen one in all the years posting here who didn't have the same arrogance. I also think it's the worst kind of insecurity defence mechanism. You can also see it quite clearly in Rawat.
