It is the very reason that I recognise there are/were many different aspects to the cult and that it affected people in different ways that I post. As I said before I do not try to deny anybody else's experience but it seems many people want to deny mine. For me it was a long time ago and I'm detached from the whole thing and the only emotion I feel is a certain anger that Rawat and ilk are lying about their past and doing my little bit to tell the truth about it.I'm neither on a high horse or consider myself a professor in an ivory tower and am not trying to claim I have the definitive analysis. Thanks for such mild ad hominems.
It seems that my posts have a certain similarity. An ex-premie posts a sweeping statement about how black everything was and is in Rawatism and I respond. I think in this case Lexy was saying she had no choice in becoming involved in DLM. I find it a little disquieting to receive such anger from others who quite often are complaining about how they think I feel rather than what I say. Now they are saying I was never a "real" premie cause I enjoyed myself in Rawatism so how can I know what it was "really" like. It's also particularly weird how many times people claim I must be a troll.
We should agree to disagree without the insults.
