I left DLM because I could see that the majority of premies were nice, decent and friendly people but they were not manifesting anything at all unusual or special. Over the years, despite losing contact with many of them and having a few occasional embarassing moments with a minority of them and a very few extremely unpleasant interactions I have found that my earlier views are still basically correct.
