This is your claim - however you offer nothing by way of proof. In fact all you are offering is a semanticised declamation of your own belief. Unless you are willing to engage in effective deconstruction of what you mean by belief and experience, and acknowledge the scope of advances in understanding the human mind/brain, all you can present us with is your fantasy of how you conceive of the world.
You might begin by defining some common experience that you consider is also not based on belief - and to speed things on a little you might usefully contrast your claim about Knowledge to the positive data obtained from the now substantial body of research on the 'placebo effect'. You might also explain why the hypothesis that - "human conciousness is simply an illusiory effect that provides behavioural advantage" - is wrong.
