I seem to have a recollection that Shri Hans ( Rawat's Dad ) originally came from Pakistan and fled after Independence and the partition of India. Didn't Shri Hans used to talk about this in his Satsangs ?.....I recall that he used to mention the massacres caused by the fighting ... ( these were old translated satsangs I read in magazines a long time ago...). Can anybody clarify..? Maybe it's mentioned in the forum archives somewhere....? Maybe Hilltop has one of those old Shri Hans satsangs....?

I also remember around 1975 in South London two moslem brothers ( one was called Javed...). This premie used to tell the story of how once Rawat had spotted him doing service and had asked the PAMs ( does that stand for " premies around Maharaji" ? Maybe there should be a glossary in the forum guidelines ...) " Is that that moslem premie ? " at that time he was very proud that Rawat had noticed him.
