Though I know quite a few premies, I don't know, other than my spouse, of even one who is still married. Virtually everyone of them is divorced, at least once. This is true whether or not the spouse was a premie also. I think there are one or two I know who were never married. One premie is actually married, at least I think the marriage still exists. Last I heard anything from them, it was a very bitter relationship, entirely due to one person's involvement with rawat. It wasn't looking good for the marriage. Yes, I know the divorce rate is high, but among the non-premies I know, it's not 100%. It's not just premies in this part of the country, but is also true for the premies I know from other areas. I'm sure there are happily married premies out there, I just don't happen to know a single one. Is this unusual? Or is it rather common? I'd be interested to know how premies fare in marriage on the whole. Maybe it's just morbid curiosity. Thanks.
