Paddy,Many thanks for this. It seems to me that because you never believed that Rawat was the One, you have fundamentally misunderstood the discussions here about fear. The fear wasn't (and still isn't) overt. On the surface premies believed and still believe thay are doing the right thing, and because there is enjoyment in the practise of Knowledge (and I'm sure Joe and Jim would agree with this), as long as premies do not allow themselves to doubt Rawat, the fear can be kept at arms length, to the extent that the premie does not even recognise that fear is at the heart of their relationship with Rawat. It is only when I started, after 25 years, to question whether Rawat really is the One, that the fear comes to the surface. I found EPO and quickly closed the browser without reading. It was two weeks before I dared look again. Do you understand this? I don't think you do. This undercurrent of fear is, I believe, in the minds of the premies you know. This is why you instinctively know you cannot rationally discuss Rawat with them, and have to come here instead. Somehow, you listened to Rawat and ignored his central message, and have gone through the last 20 years not understanding the effect his message had on other people. Your leaving was difficult because of your relationship with other premies. Our leaving was difficult because of our perceived relationship with our Saviour. It's time you tried to understand this difference. John.
