Paddy,Do you think that I and other ex-premies posting here are different to the premies you know? If so, why do you refer to my 'so-called relationship' with Rawat, but accept the reality of the affection the premies you know feel? My affection for Rawat, and the joy I felt when seeing him was no different, I guess, than that felt by the premies you know.
And your statement that "the premie does not even recognise that fear is at the heart of their relationship with Rawat" is non-falsifiable and unprovable. It has to be taken on faith.
It can be proved individually for each premie when they leave, and experience the fear very dramatically. I will concede that doesn't apply to everyone (it clearly didn't apply to you), but you should also concede that if it applied to many of the people posting here, most of whom were premies until recently, then it must, statistically, apply to many of the premies you know. Accepting this, you would also need to accept that because you cannot see the fear, does not mean it is not there. You wouldn't have seen it in me before I left.
John.
