My last knowledge review was Jan 2005 in LA. There was much less 'information' about what you will experience. He demo'd the techniques, live,on stage (all four) then left and they showed the knowledge review video of him doing the demo and explanation. And everyone practiced.  There were practice sessions Sat and Sun. As far as I can recall, it was, "put your hands here, relax, let your focus go inside." period.  No word about seeing light, hearing music, anything. Hope that helps.
