Elan Vital has a strict policy against sexual harassment or other forms of sexual misconduct. If you have been subjected to any form of sexual harassment or abuse by anyone associated or formerly associated with Elan Vital or other similar organizations, please contact Elan Vital’s General Manager at P.O. Box 6130, Malibu, California, 90264-6130 or at generalmanager@elanvital.org. Complaints will be responded to promptly and treated seriously.

The websites of Elan Vital in other countries have similar statements.

I believe this statement exists as a condition of a deal struck between Elan Vital and a victim of Jagdeo. As such I do not think it was placed on the website in good faith, and I certainly do not believe Elan Vital have been proactive in finding possible victims. The obscure location of the statement, and the lack of any detail, testify to that. If they were serious, they could make the invitation more prominent, specify that it is particularly victims of Jagdeo that they are seeking to contact.

I also believe that another condition of the deal between Elan Vital and the Jagdeo victim is that she does not say anything more about the issue in public. If I am right, then this apparent gagging clause of agreements with former victims proves to me that Elan Vital have no interest in uncovering the truth of Jagdeo's guilt, and simply want to brush the issue under the carpet.
