The cult always uses percentages because the actual numbers are incredibly pathetic.  In "how to lie with statistics" if you want to overstate results and the numbers are pathetically low, use percentages.

If 3 people received knowledge in 2003, a 300% increase would result in 9 (or 12) people receiving knowledge in 2004.

The cult does two things.  One is they use Inida for numbers, then they use percentages for their pathetic performance everywhere else, if they even say anything. 

How they justify the money they collect in North America for that tiny result is beyond me.
