To bore or not to bore, that is the question | |||

Doc, I'm not sure I want to talk/post to you. Since I use my real, full name, I prefer to communicate with similarly identifiable people. We named-ones are more accountable for our statements. But I guess I will account for the statement I made which you challenge, namely the boring quality of the Keys. First, though, let me say that I really think you are being less than candid (as you always are on these forums) about the "straws" that may have bothered you. You only admit to one - the UN example, and that is a rather benign one. Now: yes, I have to admit that the Keys might contain video passages that will be interesting and entertaining to premies, even maybe to me! I admit that I am still interested and entertained by my former guru and certain stuff about him I like to know. Maybe the Keys videos will have some back-stage scenes. Maybe even smoking back-stage scenes. That would be very interesting. But alas, I am afraid that mostly the Keys will be the same old stuff, namely video of Rawat talking at events about how humans get confused in their daily lives and how they all lack fulfillment and how they all should go inside to find a certain fulfilling something-or-other. This is a message that I find does NOT require years of repeated exposure, and years of repeated exposure produces boredom. So the real test (about boring or not) will be in viewing the Keys videos, which I will not be doing. Please do let me know if there is anything worthy about them. |
