Hi cq,

The FAQ by EV states:

"In 2000, Elan Vital first received a complaint of alleged sexual misconduct in the ’70s by Jagdeo, a former instructor..."

Because the article is about Prem Rawat, not Jagdeo, the issue of when the complaint was first received is in dispute on Wiki.  So, the dispute is also about what Rawat knew about Jagdeo and when he knew it.  It's quite Nixonian.

That's my understanding of why the entire section was cut -- because they believe the "when" not provable by ex-premies.  Maybe Andries can explain it better based on Wiki NPOV standards.

Here is the url to an archived talk page on Wiki where this is discussed. I can't find the other discussions about it at the moment; they keep moving things around.  I was quite sure that it was ultimately Gary D who gave the section the axe, but here is Zappaz's rationale:
