OTS

I'm not sure how serious you are, but I think you know that your suggestion is a no-goer. The basic principles of supply and demand ensure that F8 will continue and - if it were to be closed - a replacement forum would be up and running fairly soon.

Furthermore, don't you think the idea may be just a little selfish? You and I may be fine, but there are new posters joining F8 on a regular basis as well as many more who are reading the forum thus helping facilitate their exiting from the cult. EPO is a most valuable resource, but F8 provides a safe and accessible medium for folks to communicate and process. For one to one counselling, then professional services would be more appropriate rather than ad-hoc email support.

When it's time for the demise of the forum, it will be because it has been replaced by something better or because there really is no longer any need for it. That will happen naturally, not because of any autocratic decision.

I really appreciate the way F8 has shaped up within the new guidelines for participation. And I take my hat off to those who provide this medium through their financial support as well as their time.
