Actually I wouldn't have deleted the post. While I consider it in bad taste to associate your losing of faith with the real tragedies of the New Orleans flood I also don't believe it deserved deletion. However, I am prepared to bow to the (possibly incorrect) judgements of the moderators because unlike the effects of the flood, none of this is life or death.And hold on the melodramatic exaggeration. No-one is stopping you writing what you please or publishing it wherever you can find a place where it is considered appropriate. Your post didn't make me uncomfortable. I've walked the dark nights of the soul a few times once I realised my mistaken years but I was in no danger of drowning. Either were you.
