You must understand that in Florida, Community Colleges are controlled by the Florida Dept of Education (fldoe.org) or can be located at myflorida.com and follow links to Board of Education etc etc. My suggestion is to contact Governor Jeb Bush at > jeb.bush@myflorida. com Also contact the Chairman of the Dept of Education, F. Philip Handy at > commissioner@fldoe.org Also the higher education system is run by a board of regents. The Chairman is David Armstrong at david.armstrong@fldoe.org Just some helpful info!
