Well said Jim. I am impressed with your command of the language, and your seemingly untiring efforts to expose this disgraceful sham for the sleazy shuckster jive it so clearly is.Padron should be ashamed of himself - and if he is beyond shame, he should be severely chastised by the larger academic community for his part in this apparent institutional endorsement. Everyone has said it so well already - but I have to say it again. Rawat is a despicable miscreant. If he is without conscience, and he quite likely is, it is up to those of us who have paid the price to give him one, whether he likes it or not.
