The reason why the PRMI website is now unavailable has nothing to do with unpaid bills. It is the result of a direct attack by Elan Vital North America using spurious Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) claims of copyright violation. The claim is weak. No reference to any specific copyright violation has been named. This suggests that Elan Vital's real motivation may simply be to find out who is behind the PRMI website. The unfortunate consequence is that the PRMI website will be offline until the situation can be resolved. However, we shall return! The implications of the DMCA regarding the inhibition of free speech are far more reaching than that of a small cult attempting to silence its critics.
