Yeah, other than removing a few alleged internal documents, that exist elsewhere on EPO, Maharaji folded and could not or dared not identify material used in violation of copyright law that he had claimed in his DMCA attack on the House of Maharaji Drek.

Most of the pages I removed are available here on EPO:

Certainly, Maharaji is a paper tiger. House of Maharaji Drek was the first to get hit with a DMCA as well as some Yahoo or other types of free websites. The free websites didn't stand a chance as the operators (Yahoo and the others) simply folded and shutdown the offending sites rather than get involved in any kind of legal battle.

Again, since Maharaji is a public figure and because the purpose of my website, EPO, and the PRMI is to educate the public the 'Fair Use' doctrine provides a lot of protection to us.

I seriously doubt that Maharaji will ever take it to the next step of filing a copyright infringement lawsuit because he wouldn't stand a chance in U.S. courts. And there are so many organizations like the ACLU that would most likely step up to assist that Maharaji wouldn't stand a chance. Also, in such a court case it all goes public and it would be very easy to get the press interested.

And other than little paid-for puff pieces and bogus appearances that never happened like speaking to Kofi Annan at the United Nations, Maharaji detests the real press. Like all vampires Maharaji cannot survive very long in the light of day.

I agree. I think Maharaji is on a fishing expedition to see who is behind PRMI and to see if he can huff and puff and blow it down.
