Are the Keys simply a trap to legally gag ALL remaining premies for ever?

In view of the fact the Prem Rawat has apparently expressed that he would like his 'students' do the Keys process (not just newcomers) I was wondering if that will involve them agreeing to these conditions which are required if you do the thing on-line:

(From: https://thekeys.maharaji.net/keys/PAN_terms.php

via http://prem-rawat-critique.org/index.htm)

I expressly waive any rights I may believe I have in terms of creating commentary, research, or any other “fair use” purposes.

etc.

I also agree that, should my interest in learning the techniques of Knowledge change at any time, this agreement is perpetual in length, and that upon such change, I will return any such material to The Prem Rawat Foundation.

etc.

I also understand that if I breach this agreement, I may face legal penalties and agree that such legal disputes can be resolved in the Courts of the State of California. I also understand that if I breach the Terms and Conditions, I may be liable for damages and attorneys fees.

etc.

I hereby consent to the above Terms and Conditions......First Name....Last Name......

If so, it occurred to me that this could be a serious (rather underhand) way in which they plan to put an end to any existing wayward premies further posting here or writing critiques etc. One wonders to what extent Rawat hopes to curb people's right to talk about their experiences and make 'fair use commentary'. I guess that it's already too late for him to get us lot to sign anything so we could soon become the only people left who can legally comment on the whole thing!!

Please tell me I'm wrong and that premies won't have to sign anything like this! Or do they??
