thanks for the comments. I can see how the terms are more or less just there to put people off 'critiquing' and yet they may not be ultimately enforcable. I agree with Nik that it probably quite effective in putting people off commenting who really are not that confident or bothered. Ie. existing premies. It's more sort of sub-consciously giving people the message that there 'could be a price to pay for expressing doubts' ...I mean presumably they don't mind people making favourable comments! Actually they don't like that either do they...They really want to be in total control about how people express themselves even in regard to their personal experiences with the knowledge and their POV about Maharaji.
