This Rawat outpouring reminds me of wot I heard years after the entire Newcastle-upon-Tyne 'community' (and I use that word very loosely!) went to Rome in 1977 on an ole double-decker bus ( which broke down en route- needless to say)... Meanwhile Rawat was apparently having a tantrum about the lack of facilities on his first-class flight .
