I do think that justice is a little like what I said in my other post. The world broadly knows who he is an the scope of his lifetime actions. That victims of any sort have an opportunity for accountability. That in some fashion, he is living in a way that he knows is because he's been found out.  The sacrifices all the premies made for him- Maybe that turns into therapy, scholarships and help for aged premies who sacrificed their youth. 

That the rebranding stops working on anyone because almost everyone knows or has had the opportunity to know the truth.

Something like that.
