Amazing isn't it that 1972 & 1973 were when nearly all the premies were initiated. And then it was over. No more, nada, zilch. I exaggerate but nevertheless that is when nearly all the "propagation" happened. And aren't they the premies still left? And in those 2 years it was so easy and from then on so unrewarding. There were 60,000 initiated according to DLM figures but only 10,000 went to Millenium (police figures) or 20,000 (DLM figures). In 1978 20,000 were at Kissimmee, in 1989 10,000 appeared at the annual blast.

I was just an onlooker for 20 years seeing what premies went through to try to propagate in those periods when it was okay to try and really I thought it was ridiculous the effort involved for the success rate.

I'm pretty sure Lakeshore can corroborate that.

I wonder if any of the ex-premies on this site weren't initiated in 1971-74?
